Administration, Accounts & Payroll Coordinator – Herston, Brisbane

At SUNA, we bring together leading international and local footwear brands, and our team’s are highly valued. We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Administration, Accounts & Payroll Coordinator to support our Head Office operations in Herston, Brisbane.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, this is a diverse and hands-on role responsible for supporting the business across accounts, payroll, and administration. You will play a key role in ensuring our financial processes run seamlessly while supporting the broader team with day-to-day operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • An organised, detail-oriented professional with 2+ years experience in Payroll, Accounts and Administration
  • Experience using Xero and confident working with financial processes
  • A great communicator with excellent people skills
  • A multitasker who can prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A confident, approachable person with a sense of humour.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Payroll

  • Manage Xero data entry, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, credit card expenses, weekly payroll

Administration & Business Support

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, coordinate travel & accomodation, prepare meetings and reports, maintain office supplies and support communication across stores and internally.

Reporting

  • Prepare financial and sales reports, track expenses and variances and maintain bonus program reporting

Relationships & Communication

  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams, support communication across store locations and manage supplier agreements and rebate programs
