Collect your order from one of our 8 convenient locations throughout Queensland.
It’s so easy:
- Simply select Click & Collect at the Checkout and choose the store where you’d like to collect your item/s and continue through the Checkout process.
- When your item/s are available for pickup at your nominated store we will notify you via a phone call or email.
- For items already in your nominated store you will receive a phone call within 24 hours of placing your Click & Collect order.
- Your order may need to be shipped to your nominated store. In this case, please allow standard delivery lead times of approx 7-10 days for pickup. You will receive a phone call or email notifying you when it is ready to be collected.
- Click & Collect orders must be collected within 14 days from the date you are notified your order is ready unless you notify us otherwise.
- Please bring photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation for collection from instore. Enjoy your purchase!
When collecting your order from the store, please bring your tax invoice, order confirmation or photo ID.
