I am writing to share with you my experience. I  was looking for shoes for I have flat feet problems and your shop is one of very few shops that cater for people with feet problems.

The service I received was outstanding, warm, kind and very professional. Kirsty and Charmaine took me through the types of shoes that would suit my type of feet and of course I bought myself a pair and will be going back soon for another pair.

I really needed to share my experience for this kind of service is hard to come by in this day and age.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank these two beautiful ladies for their wonderful and outstanding service.  Because of that, I preach non-stop about this shop to my friends and family.  Many thanks SUNA SHOES.

Ordered shoes online today and received a call shortly after to confirm and discuss the fit differences in the shoes. BEST customer service I have ever received particularly from an online shop, extremely helpful and it’s good to know that they do actually check these things to make sure I’m happy and receive the best products.
