Returns & Exchange Policy

At Suna we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and understand choosing the correct size and colour can sometimes be a difficult one.  Our Returns/Exchange policy offers you either an exchange or full refund on unworn merchandise within a 30 day period of the purchase date.

Exchanging Size/Colour

If you need to exchange your purchase please email us first at shoes@suna.com.au with your name, order ID and details of the preferred replacement choice. Then simply return the unworn merchandise in the original box in re-saleable condition along with your receipt to receive an exchange.  You must return the merchandise to the address shown on your receipt.  We suggest the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning items to enable tracking of the parcel.  We will exchange your item and deliver it free anywhere in Australia, however the costs to return the goods are incurred by the customer.

Refunds

Suna will offer a refund on full priced items only. Providing the merchandise is returned in unworn condition, in the original box in re-saleable condition along with your receipt, a full refund will be processed to your credit card (excluding postage).  Please Click Here to complete the Returns/Exchanges Form. You must return the merchandise to the address shown on your receipt.  The costs to return the goods are incurred by the customer.  We suggest the use of Registered Post or Express Post for returning items to enable tracking of the parcel.  Your refund will be processed once the merchandise has been received and quality checked.

Recommendation: Please try on your shoes on a carpeted area.  This prevents damage to the soles of the shoes.

Please Note:  

  1. This refund policy applies to online transactions only.
  2. Sale Items are offered an exchange only. If you purchase two items during a promotion (i.e. 40% Off 2nd Pair) and choose to return one item, the item you do keep will revert to full price, and this will be reflected in your refund.
  3. Returns that are deemed to have been worn (not just ‘tried on’) will not be accepted.
  4. Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on our jewellery, sunglasses or shoe care products.  These items are quality checked before leaving our stores to ensure 100% perfection is delivered to you.
  5. Suna Shoes will not be held liable for any merchandise lost in transit and recommends all returns are sent via a tracked method for safe delivery.
