An exciting opportunity exists to join our fabulous team as a Store Manager, who will lead by example, thrive to excel and drive this established business in our Stockland Townsville store. You will join a dynamic, friendly team where you’ll be supported to achieve your store goals. Expect a fast-paced, fun work environment that is highly collaborative and inclusive at all levels.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Be a passionate and dedicated self-starter
  • Have previous store management experience (2-3 years)
  • Be a natural communicator and comfortable managing people
  • Have a flair for visual merchandising and love the buzz of retail
  • Ability to deliver outstanding, genuine customer service
  • Be highly motivated, success driven, with a ‘can do’ attitude

In this role you will: 

  • Be committed and driven to achieve KPIs and exceed store targets
  • Build and maintain a supportive environment with your team
  • Recruit new team members and develop their growth through training
  • Manage rosters and the overall profitable operation of your store
  • Build consumer relationships and expand your customer database
  • Uphold our core values while leading by example
  • Create a safety-first culture ensuring OH&S standards are exceeded
