Q. What is the cost of postage?
A. Postage costs AU$14.95 to anywhere in Australia for up to two pairs of shoes (or other products). Postage charges for jewellery is AU$9.95 for up to two items. We send via Registered Post which requires a signature upon delivery. International postage costs vary and are available upon request. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
Q. What if the shoes don’t fit?
A. Suna offers a full refund or exchange on unworn merchandise within a 30 day period of the purchase date. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.
Q. How long does it take from payment to me receiving my items?
A. Delivery to you will take approx. 3-5 days from receipt of your payment, depending on your postal area.
Q. How will I know if my size shoe is available?
A. Upon placing your order for your shoe you will receive a response to your email address. We will contact you within 2 working days if your shoe size is unavailable whereby you may choose another style or cancel your order.
Q. Is it safe to pay by credit card?
A. Yes, Suna use a secured site where no one else can view your information. All credit card details are deleted automatically when your order is processed.
Q. When I receive a "Confirmation of order" email, is this when my credit card is charged?
A. No, your credit card is only charged after we have confirmed to you the shoes are available. Your credit card is processed on the same day that we post you your order.
Q. What if I don't have a credit card?
A. Suna also accept payment by 'money order' or 'direct debit' into their bank account. Simply add this method of payment in the Comments column on your order form (or you may want to send a quick email). We will process your order when the funds are cleared.
Q. Do you stock shoes in Sizes 10 – 11 for Brides?
A. Yes, Suna have the largest range of Bridal and Formal shoes in Queensland which cater to sizes from 5 – 11.
Q. Do you have a store in Melbourne/Sydney/Darwin?
A. Suna stores are located in Queensland only, however you can purchase via our website anywhere in the world.
Q. What size shoes do you stock?
A. Suna shoe ranges are available from a size 5 to 13 depending on style. All styles on our on-line catalogue will indicate sizes available.
